Aatmunn announces up to $8M growth investment for its industrial-data platform

Sourced news brief · See the publication date above and original source below.

Livonia, Michigan-based Aatmunn announced an investment of up to $8 million from Memento Growth Partners, with participation from existing investors, on October 13. The company says the capital will support sales and marketing expansion and continued research and development for SPANR, including additional AI integration.

SPANR connects data from industrial devices and software to support workflows including worker safety, gas detection, asset tracking and inspections. Aatmunn says the platform is used by more than 300 enterprises and supports more than 80,000 workers; those adoption figures come from the company and have not been independently audited for this brief.

The wording matters: “up to $8 million” describes the announced growth-capital commitment, not proof that the full amount has already been received. The next operating milestone to watch is whether Aatmunn can translate its fixed-scope audit and inspection pilots into durable enterprise deployments while maintaining the governed records required in industrial environments.
